Gavin Boyle to leave UHDB
University Hospitals of Derby and Burton (UHDB) has announced that long-serving Chief Executive Gavin Boyle is to leave the Trust in the New Year. Mr Boyle has led the Trust for the past six years and will take up the post of Chief Executive Designate at South Yorkshire Integrated Care Board, leading the health and care system in that region.
Dr Kathy McLean, Chair, said: “We’re very grateful to Gavin for the work he has done over the past six years. On behalf of all of our communities I would like to thank Gavin for the work he has done here in Staffordshire and Derbyshire and we wish him well in his new role.”
