We offer a full range of treatments for patients with hand and wrist problems.

We have consultants from a mixture of orthopaedic and plastic surgery backgrounds who are supported by experienced nursing staff and an onsite hand therapy team to complete rehabilitation following surgery or injury.


We see patients with:

  • Arthroscopic surgery
  • Congenital hand conditions
  • Dupuytren’s disease
  • Nerve injuries and compression syndromes
  • Osteoarthritis of the hand and wrist
  • Post traumatic reconstructive surgery to the hand
  • Rheumatoid hand disease
  • Wrist instability and pain

We have two locations - the Pulvertaft Hand Centre (Royal Derby Hospital) and Queen's Hospital Burton.
