Board member changes
Two Board changes to our non-executive team will be happening at the end of this month, as Billie Lam, Non-Executive Director, and Nikant Ailawadi, Associate Non-Executive Director, are leaving UHDB.
On behalf of the Trust, we share our sincere thanks to Billie and Nikant for their dedication, support and commitment to UHDB in their roles. Their knowledge and expertise has supported the Trust during some very challenging periods for the NHS.
Following approval by our Council of Governors yesterday, Nicky Clarke, Non-Executive Director, is taking up the position of Interim Vice Chair alongside her non-executive duties, supporting Ian Lichfield in his Interim Chair role.
Our next Public Trust Board meeting is on Tuesday 15 July, 10am-12.30pm at Queen's Hospital Burton.
