If you think you may have symptoms of Coronavirus, follow the national guidance and self-isolate for seven days. We have Introduced a number of measures and changes to help delay the spread of the virus and maintain essential health services for those that will continue to need them during these unprecedented times. During the course of your care you will be asked for information about yourself. We use this information to provide you with treatment and care to the highest standard. It may be used to train and educate our staff, carry out research and to manage and plan the NHS. We will keep your health records secure and all information held on computers within our Trust is held in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
If you have any queries or concerns regarding the way your information can be used, please speak to a member of staff. You have the right to request access to your own medical records.
