Spinal pain

Spinal pain

Spinal pain is very common, and most people will suffer from lower back or leg related back pain at some point in their lives.

While neck pain may not be as common as the lower back, a lot of people will at least experience one episode of neck pain in their lives.

There are many different causes of both neck and lower back pain and a lot of the time this does not mean actual damage.
