UHDB Digital Champion and Digital Health Champion Programmes

We want to help people understand the benefits of using the internet.

Our champions encourage and help our staff, patients, visitors and communities to develop digital skills and show them how to do the simple things online.

Please read about the roles of our different champions below, and if you would like to get involved, please apply to become champion using the application forms below.

UHDB Digital Champion

Our UHDB Digital Champions help our staff to develop their digital skills, which are essential for everybody working and learning at our Trust.

Digital Champions offer training to staff to help them gain digital skills and knowledge and encourage them to access technology and online resources to meet the needs of our patients.

Anybody can become a UHDB Digital Champion! Our Digital Education and Training team can provide you with learning opportunities to build your confidence to become a Champion, so you can help others and yourself.

Digital Health Champion

The Digital Health Champion programme helps to embed digital thinking into our Trust’s culture and improve the outcomes for our patients and communities.

Digital Champions want to help our patients, visitors and communities to understand the benefits of using the internet, which can make a huge difference to their lives, whether that is reviving old hobbies and interests or discover new ones, keep fit and healthy, or simply to access entertainment.

Anyone can become a Digital Health Champion! Our Digital Education and Training team can provide you with learning opportunities to build your confidence to become a champion, so you can help others and yourself.
