Have your say - NHS 111 First patient survey
We want to hear from you if you have visited our Emergency Department after contacting NHS 111 in the first instance.
The survey is open to everyone who:
- Has been booked into the Emergency Department after being in contact with NHS 111 First and attended
- Has been booked into the Emergency Department after being in contact with NHS 111 First but did not attend
- Went to the Emergency Department without being in contact with NHS 111 First
- Went to the Emergency Department and was redirected to NHS 111 First or to see a GP working within the Emergency Department
We hope to find out more about your experience of NHS 111 First and / or the Emergency Department.
The survey shouldn’t take you more than five minutes to complete and your feedback will be used to understand the impact of NHS 111 First and identify any areas for improvement.
Your answers will be treated in confidence and no one will be able to identify individual responses.
