NHS Rainbow Badges – helping UHDB be more inclusive

LGBT As part of UHDB’s core value of openness, we are working hard to make our hospitals more inclusive for LGBTQIA+ patients and colleagues.

If you have been a patient at one of our hospitals in the past 12 months, we would love to hear from you about your experiences, regardless of whether or not you consider yourself to be LGBTQIA+.

The survey is anonymous, but it allows us to learn from our patient’s experience and make improvements for our future patients.

Have your say in the patient survey here (opens in new window) >

Closing date: 6 June 2022

If you are visiting one of our hospitals and you see a member of staff wearing a Rainbow Badge, they have signed a pledge to be a LGBTQIA+ ally. We also have a Pride Staff Network, who are creating real change for LGBTQIA+ patients and colleagues across our sites.
