Colleague Networks
At UHDB, we believe in empowering all our colleagues to have a voice, so we can continue to enhance colleague experience, enable our colleagues to thrive, bring their whole selves to work and feel part of #TEAMUHDB.
We want our colleagues to feel valued and provide them a confidential space to share their experiences and get involved in the decisions that will contribute to making this a great place to work and receive care.
Our Colleague Networks welcome everybody; whether you identify yourself as belonging to a particular characteristic, would like to learn more about protected characteristics to support colleagues, or whether you want to join one or more of the Colleague Networks.
