Event: Have your say on a new NHS service for families impacted by blood conditions like sickle cell disease

Are you or someone you know interested in having your say on a new NHS service which tells families if their newborn baby is a carrier of a blood condition, including if they are a carrier of sickle cell disease?

NHS Derby and Derbyshire Integrated Care Board wants to hear from our communities across Derbyshire to ensure their new service meets the needs of the families it serves.

The service offers advice and guidance to families and also aims to inform parents or carers of their child's carrier status for conditions like sickle cell within six weeks from birth.
