Join in with our selfie challenge and tell us why you love being a nurse or midwife
Are you a Nurse or a Midwife in our hospitals here at #TeamUHDB ?
If so, you should join in with our 60 second video challenge in aid of the Year of the Nurse and Midwife 2020.
You can get involved by recording yourself in selfie mode or getting a colleague to film you.
Firstly, we want you to introduce yourself with "hello, my name is", your job title and how long you’ve worked in your current role. After that, we'd like you to tell us why nursing or midwifery is your passion, as well as a few other things, such as:
- What influenced you to become a nurse / midwife
- What has changed in nursing/midwifery since you started your career?
- What makes you proud to be a nurse/ midwife?
- What advice would you give your 18 year old self prior to starting your nurse / midwifery training?
- What top tip would you give to today’s student nurses/ midwives?
