Temporary Closure: M&S Simply Food store at Royal Derby Hospital
The Marks and Spencer's (M&S) Simply Food store located by the main entrance at Royal Derby Hospital (RDH) will be temporarily closing from 6pm on 11 April to allow for refurbishments to take place. This is part of ongoing efforts to improve the service on offer for patients, visitors and colleagues looking to grab food and other refreshments - with the store scheduled to reopen on 19 May.
While the M&S store is temporarily closed, patients, visitors and colleagues can still take advantage of the many other retail outlets within the hospital that will remain open during this time, with the below outlets operating extended hours to ensure refreshments are readily available.
· The Costa Coffee shop located near the RDH main entrance will be open from 7am until 9pm at weekends
· The coffee shop located on Level 2 of the Kings Treatment Centre will be open weekdays from 7am until 7.30pm, and 8am until 4pm at weekends (from 13 April)
· The coffee shop located on Level 1 next to Maternity and Gynaecology will be open weekdays from 6.30am until 8pm, and 7am until 6pm at weekends
