Thomas' advice on how to stay well this winter
Thomas Veluthvadathu, a staff nurse at Samuel Johnson Community Hospital in Lichfield is the latest member of #TeamUHDB to share some advice on how to stay well this winter.
Thomas said: “We are asking you and your family to help elderly people in your community.
“If you have elderly relatives or neighbours check in on them regularly to make sure they are warm, they have a well-stocked medicine cabinet and they are able to cook for themselves.
“These are all small things you can do to help your loved ones stay well and prevent a trip to hospital.”
