We want your views on improving communication in our Emergency Department
We would like our patients and their friends and family to get involved in a new project aimed at improving communication in our Royal Derby Hospital Emergency Department.
We will be running a focus group about experiences of friends and families communicating with the department by phone to get updates
We know that being in A&E as a patient, or not being able to come in as a family member or friend can be a stressful time and we want to make this better – that’s why we’d like to involve you in this focus group.
The focus group will take place via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 17 June from 11am - 12pm.
