Have you got a patient hero? Nominate them for a Making a Difference Award
The nominations for the annual Making a Difference Awards 2024 are now open and we want you to share your Patient Hero so they can be recognised.
Both teams and individuals can be nominated for this award by patients and colleagues in recognition of the exceptional care and service, or improvements they have delivered which has led to a positive impact for our patients.
