Last chance to submit nominations for Annual Making a Difference Awards!
Calling all colleagues and patients! The deadline for nominations for this year's Making a Difference Annual Awards has been extended to Monday 26 June 2023.
Have you ever wanted to be able to thank a member of #TeamUHDB for going above and beyond to provide exceptional care to you or your loved ones? Do you want to see their compassion and kindness recognised?
Well, now is your chance as nominations for the 2023 Annual Making a Difference Awards are now open - and we want you to share your Patient Hero so we can recognise and celebrate them.
Both teams and individuals can be nominated for this award by patients and fellow colleagues in recognition of the exceptional care and service, or improvements they have delivered which has led to a positive impact for our patients.
This year, you can submit nominations online via our dedicated awards page > or alternatively, you can download a nomination form below, complete it and email it to: uhdb.employeeawards@nhs.net by the closing date.
