When booking online you will be asked to enter your pin code (which is on your invite letter). You will then be able to choose your location, timeslot, and cancel or change an appointment.
After the booking is made you will receive a confirmation letter through the post. We will send a text reminder about your appointment to your mobile phone, usually sent 3 days before your chosen appointment date.
