Coronavirus guidance

If you think you may have symptoms of Coronavirus, follow the national guidance and self-isolate for seven days. We have Introduced a number of measures and changes to help delay the spread of the virus and maintain essential health services for those that will continue to need them during these unprecedented times. If you, or a member of your family has tested positive for Coronavirus, please find resources to aid your/their recovery on our Coronavirus - Supporting your recovery page.

We use a range of aids including insoles, braces and splints, to increase joint mobility, reduce pain and increase function for both upper and lower limbs. By working closely with our rehabilitation technologies workshop, we provide high quality products that can be bespoke to patients' needs.

We manage mainly long-term conditions, but also help with acute conditions such as plantar fascitis and other foot and ankle complaints.

We see patients with:

  • Musculo-skeletal problems (chronic and acute)
  • Neurological impairment resulting in physical disability
  • Diabetes
  • Rheumatological conditions
  • Orthopaedic conditions

We also help support patients' rehabilitation by running clinics, including:

  • diabetic foot clinics
  • one-stop insole provision
  • joint physiotherapy and orthotics clinics
  • clinics at special schools in the community

Referrals are made by a GP or other healthcare professional.
