We offer a comprehensive Tubercolosis (TB) service providing all aspects of TB care throughout Southern Derbyshire.
Each TB nurse specialist holds a caseload of patients on either full or preventative treatment, duration from three months to two years in length. Patients are supported and monitored throughout treatment through regular telephone contact, home visits and clinic appointments.
All medication is supplied via the TB Nurse specialists. The service provides care to all age groups - from newborn babies to the very elderly.
